Information Collection and Use - Privacy Statement

Mulbury Consulting Limited is no longer trading, and was formerly the owner of any information collected at this website. Records of customer purchases are held by G Tennant for the sole purpose of appropriate accounting and record keeping. Such records will be destroyed seven years after the final accounts for Mulbury Consulting Limited have been prepared.

Where Mulbury Consulting was acting as a sales distributor of third party products your purchase details were forwarded to the third party company for their own records. This will not include payment details beyond the price paid.

Where past customers had registered with us to obtain a customer number and password for the e-shop, such records have now been deleted and this list was not sold, shared or rented to other companies.
